📌 General Refund Rules

  • All sales are final except for defective or damaged physical products.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

👕 Physical Products

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if the item arrives:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Incorrect item shipped

Requirements to request refund/exchange:

  • Contact support within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide proof of purchase and photo evidence of the issue.

💻 Digital Products & Event Tickets

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  • Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
